Transform With Joshua 90-Day Intensive –Terms & Conditions
These terms are here to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual respect as we begin our coaching relationship. By enrolling in the Transform With Joshua – 90 Day Intensive Program, you agree to the following:
1. Program Description
This program is a 12-week, 90-day intensive coaching experience.
- You will receive twelve (12) weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, each 30–45 minutes, conducted by Joshua James, Certified Health & Life Coach, trained through the Health Coach Institute.
- Coaching sessions will focus on building sustainable habits, discovering your motivators, and supporting your transformation journey.
- Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It is a supportive process designed to help you create lasting change in health, habits, and mindset.
2. Payments & Refunds
- The full program investment is $1,499.00 USD (or the selected payment plan).
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase and before more than one coaching session has taken place. After this period, payments are considered final and non-refundable.
- If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
3. Scheduling & Attendance
- Clients are responsible for booking sessions via the provided scheduling link (Google Calendar or other booking tool).
- If you must cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.
- All sessions must be completed within the 90-day program timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Confidentiality
- All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential.
- Notes, recordings, or other client details will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.
5. Disclaimer
- Coaching is a partnership designed to support your goals and help you build new habits.
- Joshua James does not provide medical, psychological, or nutritional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
- You are responsible for your own health, well-being, and decisions throughout and after the coaching program.
6. Limitation of Liability
- While coaching can be a powerful catalyst for transformation, results are not guaranteed. Every individual’s journey and outcomes are unique.
- By enrolling, you agree to release Joshua James and You Are Not Alone Now Inc. from liability for any actions, decisions, or results that arise from participation in this program.
7. Intellectual Property
- Any resources, handouts, or materials provided by Joshua James are for your personal use only.
- These may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
8. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
9. Agreement
By enrolling in the Transform With Joshua – 90 Day Intensive Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
